He holds a Ph.D. in Christian Education and Leadership and is certified in advanced tools like MBTI Step II and Emotional Intelligence. His specialties include team building, cultural transformation, strategic planning, and helping leaders turn potential into performance.

Patricia Edwards is a CPA and CFO with an MBA and more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership and organizational strategy. She has taught accounting at the university level and is a skilled facilitator who brings clarity and precision to complex financial challenges. Patricia provides fiduciary services and consulting to both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, helping them manage resources wisely, plan effectively, and operate with integrity.
